This is a cute idea. When I heard Bolero, my first thought was Samba, and "Sam" for short.

Seriously, "bonaparte" is good, given her size and her intent expression.

Derek - then you've got a Bo, and a Derek. Bonus points for giving either dog cornrows.

I always thought the name Cerberus for a dog would be nice.

When I was a linguistics major, I wanted a dog named Chomsky.

I still think this is a great idea, but this puppy isn't a Chomsky.

    I... suppose. Yeah!

I really like Ophelia! And then you can be all snooty and say you named your dog after a Shakespearian character. I also like Viola.

I also like Cleopatra Jones. She needs to sound like she could kick some butt. And I like dogs with last names.

Or something Greek. Electra? Clytemnestra? Medea?

I know a guy who named his dog D. O. G. Say the letters, sounds like dee-o-gee. I thought it was really cute. I like Bodie too. Anyway...

Foxy Brown is cute. So much really depends on her personality. Is she shy and yet regal? Does she have more of an independent turn? Could she carry a name like Ophelia? I guess she could go as Opie. You know, the first name you just let yourself instinctively call her will probably be the right one.

Yeah! I think any vaguely-blaxploitation-movie name would be fabulous.

I LOVE that she has a dog named Titus Andronicus!
