    I think we do need some sort of standard cause I don't think I'm fat but others might (and probably do) think I am.

    Anyway I wouldn't know how to answer this even if I intended to. I'm "overweight" according to BMI, and I'm thicker than most of the girls around me but I'm not huge, and I'm a little muscular (but not enough to totally disqualify me from being "fat"). I don't really have an internal definition of fat because I am not sure that my perception of my body is entirely accurate.

    I'm a low fat ENFP. My arm has 40% less calories than a regular arm.

    dont go by BMI

    Develop an external definition. You can call it 'Poppy's definition', and somewhere within that definition you must define 'fat'. Then, compare yourself with your definition and see if you are fat.
