AH! I get it now! Okay. Yeah. That is an interesting concept...

So that's how we would go into the future. How about the past? How we would get in the past is sort of an incomplete thought for me.

And why has The Outsider always given me a creepy "out-of-place" vibe?...almost like he doesn't belong here...

    Video is no longer available.

And this is because The Outsider feels out of place in this universe. He seems to operate on a totally different level from anyone I've talked to before.

Err... That link doesn't work either. It looks like it was shortened from the original link.

I give up, I can't find it on the Today site either. It was an MSNBC link that's also now gone.

...Like the government didn't want us to know or something...

Someone has it somewhere, and it will be on youtube soon. It just came out today... give it a few.

    [ OT ]
! I just realized... This is probably one of the worst places on the internet to talk about this.
Bet I could count the people on here who actually have an interest and understanding of this on my ten fingers.
I'm not talking about people who can do math. I bet there are plenty.
Thankfully, grasping metaphysical concepts and math are way apart.
    Combined, it's nice, though.

Anyway... The whirlpool concept could be applied to everything, basically.
Look at bosses and workers, cons and marks... Everything.
It's all a question of having a relatively steady point in and controlling the flow around you.

I hope this will be possible. If it were, I would travel into the future. Screw the past, I already know all I need to with history books. The future is where it's at.

Sometimes the best way to figure out where you're going, is understanding where you came from.

With regards to time travel, I've changed/rechanged/unchanged my mind about it numerous times with very little satisfaction. With every book I read, my stance on what time actually is changes and I really gain no new understanding.

Also, YLJ, the universe is not infinite because it is expanding. The universe, as Einstein described, is something that is expanding into nothing, which is something.
