    But the results can be dramatic also. One's looks does not determine how good of a person they are, but tell that to society. A person's attractiveness greatly determines how they will be treated by others. So if a person can increase their social currency, why not do so? What is so "good" about settling for what you're born with?

    Having rhinoplasty is worth it if the nose job could be considered a medical necessity when it is done to correct nasal deformities which deeply affect the overall health of the person. More than improving your facial features, it is intended to solve severe medical problems.

    I don't see what's so bad about the "before" photo. Sure the after photo looks younger and hotter but the before photo is reasonably attractive IMO.
