Default Looks like The_Liquid_Laser might be a daddy!

I took three pregnancy tests and they all came out positive. I have never seen a positive before so it was almost unreal. I made an appt. with an OBGYN/GYNO for this Tuesday. We wanted to wait till we were married for 5 years then start trying- and the 5 year mark was this past June so it is a welcomed and right on schedule event!

I am so freaked out and excited and freaked out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!

So cool! I'm happy for both of you.

Note: Don't get TOO used to life operating on schedule, especially where kids are concerned. Honestly, your ideas of a nicely planned life probably just flew out the window.

If I remember right, false negatives aren't totally unusual, but false positives are rare.

Congrats! Buckle your seatbelt and prepare for one of the most wonderful and harrowing (and exhausting) rides of your life!
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

Cafe is correct--false positives are practically impossible because unless you're taking certain (very strong, pretty rare) medications, you won't have the hormone hCG in your pee unless you're pregnant. So a positive's a positive! Congratulations, you two!
