I would say I need about 7 to 9 hours, 8 to 9 is optimum. But I see 8 to 9 is not an option so I voted 7 to 8. I usually get lethargic and unmotivated in the mornings if I have too little sleep. I'm more of an evening person anyway, so I usually recover, but I have better mornings if I get more sleep.

5-6 is enough for me. It seems like sleeping for too long makes me feel even more tired, if that makes any sense.

I'm a binge sleeper and a nightowl, so I've lost track by now.

Sometimes, I think sleep is a significant waste of time.

I only sleep about 3-4 hours.

I want to sleep more, if I could I would probably sleep 10 - 14 hours. But I feel better throughout the day with only about 5-6 hours.

Love sleep. Sometimes get insomnia and it pisses me off to no end.

My dreams are vivid. They are my other world

BTW for some crazy vivid dreams mix the supplement melatonin with the amino acid L-Lysine, you will be amazed.

    My sleep habits suck.

I really need anywhere from 7-10 hours a night, and instead I sleep 5-6 (close to 5 lately, it seems).

Last night I got less than 5, and I've been falling asleep all morning at work.
