Default Too quit or not to quit

Do some people not know when to quit? Do people not know when enough is enough? Hurling ego grenades back and forth is a cycle that is sometimes not easily broken.

You mean like in an interpersonal relationship? People not quitting = relationship imploding. It's sad, actually. I'd recommend taking a time-out? Or getting a helmet?

Um...was that last post directed at me?

It's directed at the collective you. I can't see who I am talking to. For all I know if just one person talking on 30 roles.

Don't you mean, "To" quit or not to quit? I don't think there are degrees of quitting.

But indeed, some people don't know when to quit. Once ego is invested, it can be very difficult for both parties to stop attempting to defend themselves against each other.

Ah, the ubiquitous 'you'. Or 'they'.

Looking for answers? Or just want to yell at the world?

No. I cannot help it. It's a compulsion. *twitches*

I know to quit when someone's life is in danger. Other than that, there is no point at which to quit.
