I am still looking for that one piece of advice. Most of the advice out there, including some on this thread, would not be appropriate for some people, at least some of the time (though not playing leapfrog with a unicorn is pretty close to being universally applicable ).
Unless you are paranoid, no one is after you. Everyone you meet is fighting a bigger battle, so chill the heck out, smile more often and life won't suck as much.
The drama in your life? Yeah... you are part of creating it. The sooner you accept that and make an effort to watch for it, the sooner you won't be able to complain about it anymore. On that note, please stop complaining.
You need to drink more water. I know you probably think you drink enough just because you drink more than your friends or coworkers, but your body needs more of it. As a result? Your immune system will thank you and you will retain less water.
That person you are actually harbouring serious feelings for but have never made it known? What would be the worst case scenario if you did tell them the truth? Is it really that bad?
