Unrealistic within the rules of the universe that they inhabit. I figured that was implied.

    Fair enough.

Kryptonite brings Superman down to our level fairly quickly, Lex Luthor broke Superman's Jaw while he was depowered in a back alley. Bruce Wayne in his respective universe is an Olympic level athlete in his universe, he's stronger then Lex on his worst day, he's also very, very smart. If Batman is fighting in a powered suit against Superman who is being weakened by kryptonite, it'll take Deux ex Machina ass pull power to save him, which would be breaking comic book physics, which wouldn't be the first time he's done, but still it's a little much. That being said.

    It's been done before, twice.

They're both at one victory each.

Another thing to take note of is that Superhero universes don't have steady rules of physics, depending on who is writing who Superman could destroy planets, or have trouble lifting a building, likewise Batman can be the greatest detective with tons of Gadgets, or someone who cruelly interrogates hapless criminals to figure things out.
