Default What option would you choose?

You are the leader, and you just lost a war. What would you do if you are the last man surviving in the battle?

The victorious enemy is everywhere now, you have nowhere to hide and go.

Face the million man army all on your own, and die fighting to your last breath.

Never surrender, never back down, give it your full to the end.

Let your soul carry you fighting until the end.

What's wrong with perpetual retreat? They have to catch me to kill me. I'd possibly change my identity, infiltrate the victor's empire, and try to incite a revolt. Of course, there's always the option of fleeing to a foreign power as a political exile. I'm sure there's some other power, perhaps an ally of mine, that would shelter me.

Really, what kind of option is "Face the million man army all on your own, and die fighting to your last breath?" It's essentially suicide without technically taking your own life. Either way, the result is death. The enemy doesn't have complete hegemony if I, a (former) leader of a hostile power, is still alive and scheming.

Therefore, I voted for the third option. It's the closest to what I have described.

    Me neither.

Never give up, keep going strong until the end.

"Close your eyes. We'll see the snake; see the serpent appear. His head is ten feet long and five feet wide. He has one red eye and one green eye. He's seven miles long. Deadly. I see all the history of the world on his scales, all people, all actions. We're all just little pictures on his scales. God, he's big, he's moving, devouring consciousness, digesting power. Monster of energy. It's a monster. We're going to kiss the snake on the tongue. Kiss the serpent. But if it senses fear, it'll eat us instantly. But if we kiss it without fear, it'll take us through the garden, through the gate, to the other side. Ride the snake... until the end of time."

i'd have changed into their uniform and retreated to fight another day way before it came down to just me.

being that my objective would be to win, not die.

Kill the first solider I see, put on his uniform and blend into that million man army, slowly study them and learn their weaknesses and blindspots, then build up a base of support while building a network of spies to corrupt the general morale and defeat from within.

Nice use of Ni, Heart. I must say, I am quite impressed at how you tackled that (literally!) much like an INTJ.

But who can't love an INFP with a plot!

It appears the consensus is make a 1-man army. Of course, as most have realized, guerrilla warfare is to be preferred.
