-- Imagine that the simplest particle or element in the universe is energy, everything in the universe is made up of energy, and that you're one with it.
-- Find a reason to want to do what you need to do with all your heart. Basically, self-motivation.
It's always better to try to get that sleep though. You'll thank yourself in the long run. Hope that helps though!
Thank you ster, that does help. I wonder why you didn't just mention caffeine, as that would've been the most obvious option I'm going to stretch, flex, take deep breaths, get some green tea and imagine the simplest particle being pure energy.
