    Wasn't the forum still young?

I notice alot of the same threads are created. So the first time an MBTI topic is created, such as 'ENFP + INTP = TEH AWESOME' or 'THE MAJESTIC AND WONDERFUL INFJ' it will get many replies. But after the 3rd exact same thread, they just sort of die.

This can cause a new group of posters who were interested in the topic to never get to participate and become part of the forums.

So while we are losing old members through natural processes such as swine flu, newer members aren't as quick to replace them and invest in the forums.

The thing is, we mostly repeat old topics around here, putting slightly different spins on them. New ideas do pop up occasionally, though. Too much new stuff at once, though, would require people to do a lot of research... and most of them would rather just talk about what they already know.]
I'm inclined to agree with this theory.

The rest found it boring and ignored it.
    And this is further proof.

I also have a theory that since 2012 is coming, the world has no more room for new ideas, so mankind's brains are shutting down. After 2012, when the world is destroyed, everything will reset, and new sentient beings will evolve and make "innovations" of what was destroyed. They'll invent these new things called airplanes, automobiles, teleportation devices, and electric cars.

I'm actually quite interested in that theory. For some reason, I just thought of these:

    OK - FINE!

I will now start to post the maddening crazy thoughts that run through my head on this forum in an effort to spruce things up.

    Let's see what happens...I hope I don't get banned.

I doubt Vent has much to do with anything. A lot of the frequent contributors to this forum don't even go on Vent.

OMG. The INFP profiles suck because they fail to mention this critical aspect of being INFP. Burn the lot of em!
