I grab and squish wherever the hand falls, but I'm always pretty aware of the aesthetics I'm left with afterwards. Like... I might take the trouble to push up from the bottom, but I like the look of a properly twisted tube.
Hmm, incidentally ---- do people apply their toothpaste to the brush or just suck it off the end? I suppose that prohibits sharing with guests... if they knew about it... but it's SOOOO much faster, and I never have fewer than 2 tubes going at one time anyway, so I could direct them to the cootie-free version. Which doesn't even work because applying toothpaste to a brush is a total germ-transfer! So yay, my method might be okay after all, and it's just that many microseconds faster... hmmhmmm.

I squeeze where ever is most convient, i hate squeezing from the bottom when its full, i don't mind when it's about gone.I'll be damned if the toothpaste is going to control the way I brush my teeth.

I squeeze from the bottom and have to admit that improperly squeezed tubes perturb me . . . such that I wrestle with the impulse to squeeze them till they look right.

    I'm so J, I have a toothpaste squeezer!

Relationships have normal ebbs and flows. They do not automatically get better and better when the participants learn more and more about each other. Instead, the participants have to work through the tensions of the relationship (the dialectic) while they learn and group themselves and a parties in a relationships. At times the relationships is very open and sharing. Other time, one or both parties to the relationship need their space, or have other concerns, and the relationship is less open. The theory posits that these cycles occur throughout the life of the relationship as the persons try to balance their needs for privacy and open relationship.

I'm so P, I just throw the tube away and use a new one if the paste isn't coming out as quickly as I want it too.

I'm with Trinity on this one. Squeeze wherever and then make it look nice after. I don't think I'd even like the aesthetics of a tube that had a toothpaste squeezer attached though.

... not to mention it would be an ergonomic nightmare. I have enough stuff in my bathroom drawers, thanks.

I honestly don't have a system. If I can find the tube right now, I'm doing well.

I mostly squeeze at the bottom but I might be squeezing wherever when I'm thinking about something else during the whole process.

However, this makes me angry and people have known my wrath because of it.

I definitely make sure the tube is nice and neat afterwards.
