Based on my experience, hands down, ESJs & ISFJs.

The ESTJ (and, to a far lesser extent, ESTP) brand of logic often leaves me stumped. It also (often) leaves no room for discussion.

When an ESFJ gets upset, you better just walk off and come back when she's calmed down. I'm usually a calming influence on other types when they're upset but I find it IMPOSSIBLE to reason with ESFJs when they're in panic/upset mode.

ISFJs, on the other hand, wont blow up as much but will, figuratively speaking, just stick their fingers in their ears and yell "la la la la...".

I've only had trouble reasoning with ISxJs.
Very rigid. ISTJs can be surprisingly irrational if they're insecure about the topic of debate. At least in my experiences with them. Just very inflexible, no questions asked, unless you want to hear an earful of unrelated criticisms to deflect. ISFJs.. well.. logic seems to make them angrier. I offer reason, solutions.. and it incites rage.. why..? They too, refuse to respond to logical statements, and instead explode or implode emotionally, which shuts down the discussion.

Frustrating and draining if you don't learn when to shake your head and just walk away.

I've had most communication problems with xSTJs but an ENTJ unwilling to listen or explain themselves can be pretty darn dismissive.

ESTPs...it's like going around in circles.
Often a star was waiting for you to notice it. A wave rolled toward you out of the distant past, or as you walked under an open window, a violin yielded itself to your hearing. All this was mission. But could you accomplish it? (Rilke)

You are mistaken. ESTPs are dynamic yet open minded, where ENTJs are boorish and stubborn. BOTH are strong willed, no doubt about that.

EDIT: Sounded more general than I wished. This is not towards INTPs in general... Just the ones that seem to constantly be on the warpath against me.

I most often clash with supposed INTPs.
Most of which strikes me as either immature, heavily medicated or suffering from some kind of inferiority complex (they have to prove me wrong at every turn).

Don't get me wrong. I am not always right, in fact I am wrong at least a couple of times a day.
Sometimes I am always wrong, depending on what kind of ideology, moral code or logic one subscribes to.
Prove to me that I am indeed wrong, and I will accept this fact and change my opinion to what is right.

Some of these guys deliberately misunderstands me,
my intentions and my methods; despite obvious efforts to explain these.
It seems like we cannot even agree upon the fact that we disagree!
It is this deliberate twisting of my words that I cannot stand.

Mightier than the tread of marching armies is the power of an idea whose time has come
