    Default forum pace

if i had to describe my experience and contribution to the forum, i would do so using a rather simple metaphor.

    horse racing.

my forum life has been like a racehorse's life. very aggressive early on, with highly rigorous training, many heats and competitions.
later as i became more famous and my dominance known [none of my opponents shall ever admit this, but it's true] i began to slow down.
lately i've kind of just been dicking around.

i guess that means i've retired to stud.
    and it is freakin' sweet.

    what about you guys?

Yeah I was highly active, but as I have gotten to know others more, or is it that they have gotten to know me more. I have started to hang out more in the arcade.. I think I will go back to MIA.. LOL

    Same here
I'm always that way though, start out really obsessively with a project, and normally within a few weeks, I slow down or stop. This forum actually kept me going for months on end, but I've finally slowed down a bit. Kinda nice, but I also miss those intense evenings/nights sometimes

I was the Jack Flak prototype, but then I became obsolete.

I'm just around nowadays. I no longer have anything interesting to add here, so I'm working on getting a life.

Victor, sometimes you are downright scary...

The pace is something I recognise, but occasionally I have some outbursts of activity. Nothing that can't be treated with good medication and some occasional therapy...

Answering this post makes me feel like one of the old guys. Oh God. Midlife Crisis coming up...

I post in waves. I started out with a post every other day or so, moved gradually to 1 to 3 posts/day, then less, then I stop, then I start slowly again. What an interesting fascinating mystifying pattern.

I'm not as active as I was a month and a half ago, it has turned in to something to do when I'm bored.
