    There's always Amanda Lepore:

In fairness, I don't know what he started out looking like, but it had to have been better than this.

Yes! Terribly frightening! It's like a major exaggeration of EVERYTHING that can go wrong with plastic surgery. I can't decide if her nose, lips or creepy tight skin scares me the most.

With people like that, and Michael Jackson and Jocelyn Wildenstein, I just wonder if THEY think they look good? Like, do they look in the mirror and think, "I look okay, but my lips could be bigger. And my ears aren't meeting in the back of my head yet."

Amanda Lepore looks just like Jocelyn Wildenstein. I think when you stuff enough plastic under someone's face we all start to look that same.

That's what the beard is for. Definition.

    Not exactly plastic surgery but:

Kirsten Dunst should stay clear from orthodontists. She is so cute.

Steve Buscemi wouldn't be the same anymore with veneers.

It makes you wonder why he bothers shaving the beard border. Just let it grow on your neckchin, dude.
