    Well, the heels are what they are. There is no extra room for a suspension system

    ^ Power, absolutely. I can stride into a room and take command wearing perfect stiletto boots.

    High heels just take practice. I can practically jog in them. But it helps to do some extra stretches to keep the muscles balanced!
