Probably just listen to them and take interest in what they think and have to say and not respond with judgment.

ENTP: I am dazzled by your brilliant display of intellectual athleticism. We need you on the YaleKU debate team.
“My generation's apathy. I'm disgusted with it. I'm disgusted with my own apathy too, for being spineless and not always standing up against racism, sexism and all those other -isms the counterculture has been whinning about for years.” -Kurt Cobain
I think for XNFP - say how much you enjoy and appreciate spending time with us or "I'm so glad I'm getting to know you better" Seriously, it's so simple it's ridiculous.
ENFP - People give us big mood boosts. Let us be silly and irrational with you and basically play together until we laugh so hard our sides hurt. That makes me happy. Seriously, it's so simple it's ridiculous. Also, I like feeling loved and seeing living things experiencing uncomplicated in the moment joy. That means I like spending time with small children and puppies. I'm not kidding.
INTP - Make them feel competent, more than genuine praise give them an opportunity to prove to you how good they are at something - whether it is cooking or fixing your computer or writing poetry or [fill in the blank] and tell them how much you like it - they will really, really like that.
It would seem that INTJ would also get pleasure from ^^ but I think with INTJ the satisfaction is more self-derived. They don't care as much if other people praise or even notice their good work, as long as they are credited for their work and they know they did a good job. Maybe I'm wrong about this.
