I know it's highly unladylike but I do it anyway. My mother swore occasionally; my father, never. So I don't know where I got it.

Besides "bullshit," probably "goddammit" is my favorite. The latter is especially cathartic because of all the consonants.
    I like your Dad.

Well, if I like your Dad, your Dad will probably like me.

And I know you like me.

So all I have to do is work on your Mum.

Fortunately mothers tend to like me.

So it looks like we are home and hosed.

Swearing should be the exclamation mark, not the commas.

Talk of a thread just begging to be split.

Moving on, I wont tolerate it from my younger siblings but, as long as it is in a casual setting and not potentially offensive to folks around us (e.g. old folks, children..), I don't mind other people swearing around me.

I do swear every now and then too; tis delightfully cathartic.

When I'm absolutely smashed apparently I swear a lot and call everyone my bitches and whores...

Other than that I don't swear much besides the occasional F bomb

Usually for impact eg. thats f**king ridiculous instead of thats really ridiculous

    I don't see a reason for doing it, so naturally I don't.
“To explain all nature is too difficult a task for any one man or even for any one age. 'Tis much better to do a little with certainty, & leave the rest for others that come after you, than to explain all things by conjecture without making sure of any thing.”—Statement from unpublished notes for the Preface to the Opticks (1704) by Newton.

What do you think about me? And for the darker side, here.
