I've been thinking about this for awhile now and I think I finally found the ONE music video that represents ME.

    I have a deep emotional connection to the song. The ambivalence of the highly emotional, intuitive music with the orderly, concrete, reducible animation I think illustrates the ambivalence of my personality.

    YouTube - "Resonant Chamber" (animusic.com)

    This is like my brain in action.

    oddly enough ive read through this thread and generally i liked the NTP songs the best!!!

    IRL, my music collection has no boundaries: 80s pop, classic metal, prog, pop, hair metal, christian, country, classic rock, alternatitive, classical, modern classical, adult contemporary, post grunge, grunge, "14 year old girl style" pop rock, anything cheesy and embarrasing hahaha

    I have two, actually. It's challenging to find a song that would satisfy my Ni, Te and Fi at the same time.

    For my ambitious 'Type A' side:

    Self-explanatory. Appeals mostly to Te and Se.

    =============================

    For my artistic, spiritual side:

    Given that Lisa never uses real words in her songs, it's easy for anyone to prescribe any meaning they wish to. I chose this one as the versatility of it allows me to relate NWAF to several contexts. The real meaning here lies within what one sees in the heart, not the mind.

    This is one interpretation I like:

    "Because people are desperately trying to find a way of releasing themselves from this fleshy prison, they turn to you and they see you escaping momentarily and think 'How did you get out?' It's very easy.... You have the ability to, through arts, tongues, create a dialogue to make you travel to places more beautiful than we're ever promised." - Lisa Gerrard.

    Appeals mostly to Ni and Fi.
    "I cannot expect even my own art to provide all of the answers -- only to hope it keeps asking the right questions." -- Grace Hartigan

    Enneagram: Tritype - 1w9, 5 (balanced wings), 2w3; Overall Variant: So/Sx
    SLOAN: rCoa|I|
    Functional Preferences: Ni, Te/Fi, Ti, Se, Fe, Si, Ne

    Okay, I'm calming down.
