I don't have much to work with, as I don't watch many music videos. However, Bjork's song 'Wanderlust' resonates with me. The emotional tone is one of grandeur and fate and beauty. The actual song is about restlessness ("restless relentlessly").

The video has her (Bjork) struggling with an alter ego on a water buffalo's(?) back in this dynamic rushing water. I've got so much aggressive energy... it just fits nicely.

Oh yeah, you can skip the first minute and a half... it's just an intro.

ONE video huh? Well this doesn't represent me but the imagery along with the haunting piano and old music box sounding music really resonates with me. The lyrics are also very good.

I can't say I understood it, but I loved it. Especially the music.

Mew is a Swedish band I discovered at a coffee shop one day.

Edit: Oh, and I'm glad you liked it

The actual song is about restlessness ("restless relentlessly"). So, I graduated college in '07, and am now applying to med. school. My future is black, yet I see myself and my life from the perspective of an 85 year old who's preparing for death (pardon the drama). I see how short it is, and how important it is for me to use everything I've got to do something meaningful. At this point in my life, however, my tools are few, so there's this uncomfortable balance between wanting get there, and having to be functionally impotent for 4-6 years before I can.

Short Explanation: The video has her (Bjork) struggling with an alter ego on a water buffalo's(?) back in this dynamic rushing water. I've got so much aggressive energy... it just fits nicely.

Wow, that's a cool video! I love Bjork videos...I used to have a DVD with all of the ones directed by Micheal Gondry. They were awesome.

Gondry... wow. Every one of his videos is completely unique and equally brilliant. I'm so glad someone else likes Bjork!

Hmmm...what one music video best represents me? If I have to pick one, I'd probably go with this one. It's weird and it doesn't make much sense, so in a way it's sort-of perfect.

    Interesting thread idea BTW.
