Default Do you really like your own personality type?

Okay... So I have been thinking (ut oh)

Do you really like persons with your own personality type - or do you think geez like someone who is totally focused on themselves like I am - (referring to your own personality type)?

Oh and if you want to answer, "what type is considered the most ideal or best type to be"?

Depends. I generally like other INTPs, but those that are too "T-focused" can annoy me.

And clearly the most ideal type to be is Costrin.

yeah i do...i like all kinds of people but i really enjoy other enfps. i like that i know nothing is too serious, deep, strange, silly, emotional, blunt or feisty...i feel like i can say whatever whenever and i don't have to hide parts of myself that others misunderstand.

    so...HELL YEAH!!

i can't stand the ones who are stupid, though. And i've seen a fair share of those.

I'm not sure I understood all of that, but sure I guess. I try not to pay too much importance to this MBTI stuff because I think it's counter-productive to say the least.

Would like my P to be a little less extreme but that's something I can work on. Apart from that being an ENFP is pretty cool.

But being me is even better.

No, not the true Es. I love my INTJ pals though. The Es often make me feel ashamed to be one. I don't mind the quieter Es, I just cannot abide the loud ones. Loud people generally wear me out, but loud ENTJs both wear me out and evoke violent fantasies in which I see myself sealing their mouths shut with a metal plate and welding torch. I avoid these people as much as possible. As long as they're not talking, they're okay.

As a rule, I spend about 80% of my time with INTs. The rest of it is split between ENTPs and ES?Ps.

It's fantastic to see so far everyone does love their type. Whether it is the cute Costrin type, or the ENFP which gives me a view of how cool it is just to say whatever is on your mind and know you will be understood, or ESFP of which I love very much (my husband is one).

I like people of my type, most of the time. But then I also really like people of certain other types, at times more so than people of my own type.

I don't believe there is an ideal type. Every type has its strengths and weaknesses.

    Stypg.. Right on!

Juggernut: Loud people wear me out quickly but I have to love them since I don't have to do as much talking.

Most INFJs I meet I generally like and get along quite well with them.
