All the ENTP's in this thread assume the ENTP mentioned by the op is a smart, mature and healthy ENTP.

OP: Is that the case? :P

I would also like to add that I do not know a single ENTP that's as well written as they are spoken. I would say that I'm at a 50% or better handicap when using written word. Simply put, we're normally masters of spoken word not the other way around. So your experiences with an ENTP on TypeC will not be the same in person this I assure you.

True. You mentioned in the other thread that heated discussion is a way to bond with the other person, and substitute here mentioned being relentless.

Now when ENTPs act like that to me, it often comes across as you trying to pick a fight. It's like if somebody disagrees with you, you immediately go to Def-con Four; and I'm always scratching my head why.

This was my impression with the manner Blackmail! addressed me in the WWII thread. To me, his behavior amounted to an outright declaration of war upon me(no pun intended), and I didn't take kindly to that to say the least.

I'm not bashing ENTPs here, just honestly stating how your mannerisms come across to me as an NF. It seems quite clearly here you guys views things differently.

    2) This is the 25 and older option. They have figured out when two people don't agree you can say nothing or say a lot to confirm that conclusion. They decided that you weren't a worthy opponent to debate and simply let you feel as if you were the victor as they're so confident in their skills they no longer have a need to verbally slay you.

Again ironic, since I could very much say the same thing about myself. No wonder they sometimes say INFJs and ENTPs make a wonderful couple.

It means that he's INTP and that you're horrible at typology.
If you manage to shut an INTP (healthy one) up that knows you well. It shouldn't be considered complimentive on your part. Because that INTP most likely hasn't got a shred of respect for you. :P

Why would you even make a thread like this?
You have to know every ENTP on the board is going to come in with some kind of [practically obligatory] arrogant ass response (except the ENTPs who aren't ENTPs) that doesn't answer the question.

Apart from the ENTP's without the dellusion they have to stand up for their entire ENTP community.

It's not an ENTP exclusive thing. You ask a question like this of any type here and it's bound to happen.

Even the fucking INFPs will do it.

I'm thinking that was part of the holistic idea. After all it's in the bonfire. Lemons isn't a complete newb.
