    Pointless threads. Check
    Deliberately inflammatory posts. Check.
Illogical arguments thinly veiled as discussion. Check
Ridiculously over-the-top personal attacks when called to heel. Check.
    Rampant hypocrisy. Check.

Sorry, but this cultural relativism approach people are taking is bollocks. I would greatly appreciate a more disperse set of belief systems on this board, but Sona does not represent this. Instead, he posts to get a rise out of people. As far as I'm aware that's not the purpose of the forum, and it's becomming deeply irritating watching interesting threads get sidetracked.

Would I be surprised if he's intentionally added random inoffensive individuals to his ignore list just to elicit the kind of responses he's getting now? No.

Yet time and again people take up the challenge. I call troll.

Can I go on your ignore list now? Pretty please?

Hey, me first! I feel dirty being on that buddy list...

I'm starting to lean more toward troll. If the consensus believes he's a troll, would he be banned?
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

My best guess, with an ISTJ, is that she was probably too emotive and not "logical enough" and thus threatening.

But that's okay; all of the rest of us can have her all to ourselves.

Yes of course it is, well it us up north where I live. Every person I meat is ethier Islamic or wants to convert to Islam. Even white people.

Can you believe this, I went to takeaway a bloody chinese takeaway. And the manger was saying to me "Aslamalikum" and I was like "wtf?" and he was looking at me for good 5 seconds and I thought OK... he is waiting for me to say "Walikumslamssam" so I did and his eyes just had lightened up.

Its seems everyone wants to me a Muslim these days. And the Muslims are the only people who don't want to be Muslims. How Ironic.

If you were meaning to include me, I'm no cultural relativist. I think that, by showing all kinds of poor behavior, intellectual dishonesty, and unwillingness to 'play well with others,' Sona is showing us a fair glimpse of his culture. It just happens that I believe his entire culture capable of behaving badly, being intellectually dishonest, and not getting along.

Some cultures really are better than others.
