Cats are freakin' awesome. I like cats all the more because dogs are highly valued. Since dogs are so overrated and often compared to cats and because so many people I know love dogs, it has made me love cats.

Cats are awesome, but also a wolf-dog would sastify me as well. Still trying to decide.

Fluffy kitten or a fluffy wolf. Its a tough decision!

I'm an INTJ with four cats, all rescues.

Cats suit me because I spend at least 50% of my time alone. They are there waiting when I get home, they sleep on the bed with me, they accompany me when I'm working in the garden, they sleep in the study when I'm working, draped over the back of my chair, on the desk and in the sunny spot by the window.

They don't care what I look like, they only care that I be kind to them (they're much nicer than people in that way).

I could quite easily have ten cats - what stops me is that it's hard enough being a single woman with four, everyone thinks I'm a bit odd. I'd have no acquaintances at all if I had ten cats.

Fiona,^ That's a beautiful tribute to cats. All that really needs to be said.
