Default Which is the greater sin?

Showing up 15 minutes late? Or showing up 15 minutes early?

    Why?

I think that this complety depends on person you plan to meet and social circumstances

I prefer to come a little bit earlier.

Humm...I think early. My friends know that if they want me there at 5:30 to tell me to be there at 5!

Nice... I'm surprised you haven't compensated for their compensating yet.

Which is more annoying or inconvenient? What if the time was upped to 30 minutes?

hmmm- it would seem that being late would be worse because it would intrude and delay other people's time and day and plans.

unless 15 minutes early would be inconveniencing people too because they aren't ready yet for you or have to entertain you and aren't up to or ready for that.

I guess it would depend on who you are seeing or meeting.
Personally I would rather be early then late because it isn't just my time involved.
