Only things that frighten me that are related to water are jellyfish and giant whirlpools of doom. But I am not afraid of water. I've always been the one who might as well have been born a fish.

Yep, another fishie person here, I LOVE the water. Love having 3 hour baths, love swimming in the ocean, lakes, rivers. Not so big on swimming pools but that's chlorine and other people's pee, not the water itself. Skinny dipping is just about the most fun you can have without sex or illegal things.

I am absolutely drawn to the water, I'm at my happiest when I can hear the surf. The ocean always has so many surprises, I just love it. Sometimes I go camping where I surf and swim and laze around on the beach for days. Also there is nothing more soothing than being near/on the water on a dead calm day, when everything is almost silent.

Didn't YLJ have a thread like this?

I need an "afraid of the water/love it anyway" option.

I adore water. And beaches. And rivers. And rain.

...As long as I'm indoors when it's raining. Rain is cooooold.

I have respect for it and the creatures that live in it but I love the water and always have.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

I enjoy swimming with wildlife, but jumping into a pool just sounds way too boring most of the time.
