Ending your friendship because they murdered someone isn't betraying them. :P

My best friend will have my support anytime, but if he does something as foolish as murdering someone, he doesn't deserve my friendship and he's on his own. If anything is betraying about it, it's him betraying my trust in him.

    D. I would feel guilty for turning them in, but I also wouldn't want to get involved in any way. I don't want to get in trouble for something they did!

Same here, but for me it would be to decide whether or not to visit them in prison or cut them off.

I think D would be closest to something I'd do... I wouldn't want anything to do with it and depending on why it happened would depend on how our friendship is after

well it depends on who they killed, but a random life really has no value to me. While my closest friendship does.

Might be my attitude towards people.. a good friend put it like this. I hate people, but love individuals.

Well, you never really know anyone. It's a valid question.

    Yes.

Given they had a legitimate reason in my view, I'd then need to know other details. When, where, how. After that, it would primarily depend on whether it could be covered up according to rigorous standards. I'd have to assess risks and value as well.

Most likely, I wouldn't involve myself in any capacity.

E... except not sure about the remain friends part. Murder is serious business! But I'd maybe visit them... just to see the aftermath of the situation.

Omg but if it was an accident, somehow, I'm not sure what'd I do. (That's kind of the only legit scenerio I can imagine where a close friend tells me they killed someone.)

How about we pick (A.) and then have a giant barbeque/party because we didn't get caught!

Seriously, if any of my friends had the audacity to kill someone they must have had it coming. I pick A
