Default Do any of you use a Neti Pot?

I have been using mine for the past year and it's AMAZING what a difference it makes! The thought of not using it is equal to the thought of taking a $H!T and not using toilet paper after. My allergies have always been bad but they're far better since using the Neti Pot. I'm pretty anti unnecessary medication so this has been a wonderful addition to my daily showers.

Also, I use a sports top water bottle instead that way I don't have to worry about sensortard breakage and I can toss them out once in awhile.

I usually don't have allergy problems, but I'll try it next time I have a cold or something.

It's a good tool, whether or not you have current health issues. I do not use one, and that picture is hilarious.

I must say, it's the only way I survive the winter without drowning in my own mucus.

I honestly had no idea how one would use this thing. Until now. The only issue I have is gah..water up your nose. Do you just get use to it because I'd love to stop using Claritin as much as I do.

I use a Grossan Nasal Irrigator that works with a waterpic system. It feels wonderful. It pulses and massages the nasal tissues.

It was scary at first until the first time I used it and realized how easy it works, how much better my sinuses felt after using it and how freely the water just comes out the other side, no choking, no gagging, no drowning.

Not personally, but my friend uses one on her baby, and the baby hates her guts.

There's no option for knowing what it is, but not having used it...
