Warm water, and a dash or three of salt.

8oz water and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. If you don't have that correct you will open the flood gates of humanity or at the very least have an unpleasant feeling in your nose!

I use more salt for those stubborn clogs. I'm willing to trade momentary discomfort for the cessation of full sinuses.

Okay, I am totally getting one of these tomorrow. I'm completely stopped up for the second time in a few weeks due to sinus issues, and I'm going insane. If snorting saline will help me, then nose-teapot, here I come!

I've never tried one but I'd like to. I have terrible allergies.

Where does one have to go to buy one besides the internets?

Any drugstore. I just bought this tonight, and I think it's actually helping already. Was about $10, and it's easy to use.

    Ne/Ti pot?

Well. When I do occasionally smoke, I notice it brings out both those functions. So I guess ya.
