Falcarius knows for a fact there are roads called Backside Lane, The Knob, Beef Lane, Crotch Cresent, Tinkerbush Lane, Friars Entry, and Cockshoot Close near where he lives.

I like most of those names too. I like names that invoke a feeling of being in the wilderness, or on a lovely country lane, although sometimes the contrast of reality gets disappointing with names like that.

I also like streets named after interesting-sounding people names.

Also whenever I drive up highway 395 in Washington I always pass by this street named "Coffin Road". I think it's a bad omen...

There's a police station on Letsby Avenue - it started of as a joke by the planners never spotted it/colluded.

    Cosmic Way

    Raindow Boulevard
Maybe I can always see a rainbow there? I LOVE rainbows.

Maybe there's a reason why those streets are named that way?

Our subdivision is called Peace Avenue because day and night, it's always quiet and I haven't heard or known of any crime that happened in our subdivision. So, there's a reason why our place is called that way.

Quantum road would be pretty cool.

I've actually got a real nearby road called Memory Lane.
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?
