    I clash with stubborn people who think their answer is paramount and are closed off to another view point. As of late, it's been an INTJ. He bugs the ever-living hell out of me sometimes, but we're still buddies.

    For the most part, I've never had much problem getting along with most people though. If you're a decent, considerate person, we won't have problems.

    Mmhmm. I love micromanaging things, but when I direct it onto people, it no longer works because they'll complain and we get nothing done because I'm too stubborn to lower myself to accommodate other people. Oooh. I guess that's something to work on.

    Do you mean you micromanage people or people won't buy into your micromanaging style?

    LOL, I'm getting flashbacks of a project I once worked on in uni with an ESTJ project manager. In retrospect, the power play was hilarious.
