Default Do you like people of your type?

    Stereotypical or real life.

I'm not crazy about INTPs that I have met. It's just too quiet without an E around. Even around my INTP father, who I'm pretty close to, there's just this awkward silence sometimes. I just wish Ti could be more easily verbalized.

Nah, they're all a bunch of sappy SOBs. They need to grow some balls.

Actually, I don't think I know another INFP in real life.. at least, no one that's actually taken an MBTI test. I know a bunch of INTPs though. They're cool enough people; I get on well with them, until, you know, they start talking about how we should just get rid of Africa totally instead of trying to fight hunger there.

I might be evil, but I'm not that evil. So I guess other INFPs would relate to that, right? So.. I guess I like them a lot - INTPs are some of my best friends. Cynicism is funny, because it's such a funny way of looking at the world. Just can't take it too seriously, and I think sometimes when they're being serious, I bring in my moderate F-based Introverted Feeling values that don't completely ignore logic and we all learn something. It's good times.

Oh, and as for other types: I love them all, except for ISTPs. The ISTPs know what they, as a whole, have collectively done, and I will not forgive them until I receive a written apology from all of them. Jerkheads.

Generally, no. Though there are exceptions, I have found that the one-ENTP-per-room rule is a good one to follow.

Since we're all pretty much social retards, the likelihood of meeting one is small.

    But not really.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

I love INFPs! My best friend is an INFP.
I've heard INFPs don't like other INFPs.

That's actually a good idea.. just get rid of Africa

ISTPs piss me off, at least the one I know. He's just so sure of himself and his "flawless" logic. The thing is that he could be right about somethings he says, but he fails to see that there are other possibilities. Strong N vs strong S is just a pain.

INTPs do not strike me as bad, but they also do not strike me as interesting. There are exceptions, of course.

    Here's my sweeping generalization:

I'm perceiving a pattern that Fi itself seems to dislike the company of more Fi.

I usually do, except ones with very high Thinking preferences.
The probability that I was procrastinating when I was typing this post:

    P(have big assignment due) = 0.6
    P(posting on TypoC) = 0.2
P(having big assignment due | posting on TypoC) = 0.7

P(posting on TypoC | having big assignment due) = .......

    Eh, I'll finish it later.

I've tended to get closest to other INs I think, but there isn't any group that I dislike. I like the INF's I've met or read online. The only thing about people related to my type that can be hard is if someone starts analyzing me without knowing much and reaching conclusions that they are certain of, but are mostly projections. It makes me cringe a little. It's possible I've done it (I try not to) and if so I apologize (ARGH! I was just in the NF apology thread )

This. It's comforting to talk to INFPs but it's not really too interesting. I like other Fi, I love seeing it in people I seek for romantic relations.
