I still giggle when people say "penis" and "balls," which is unfortunate because I work with urologists.
    Do urologists say "balls?"

    Haha.

The noise is specific to a series of memories.

A dull yellow beam hovering on fresh snow in an industrial yard - shivering - beneath a distant winter moon is the ideal setting.

No, but I overhear them talking about penis implants, and erections, and the like. I giggle at those things too, and my supervisor knows it and looks over at me to see if I'm giggling which makes me giggle more. Thank god she has a sense of humor...

If I'm really stressed, sometimes I listen to polka records to relax.

I listen to Public Radio... often.

When I'm alone in my appartment, I sing and sometimes even dance to music.

The easiest way for me to study is to turn off the lights, turn on a nightlight or low-light, turn on rain and thunderstorm background noise (loudly to take over my room) and a fan and pretend i'm camping.

Then I can study for hours..
