I try to work fast, block stuff out, and work with very few distractions until I'm done. Basically when I work under stress it's a rush of adrenaline and energy and I get real intense.

I'm not sure. I guess I cope with it pretty well, as on almost all projects I procrastinate a lot and eventually get to do the things in the night before the deadline. Usually, I get things out well under stress. I do however get more easily annoyed and more irascible.

I avoid the stressor, whatever it may be, and then, at the very last minute I get so anxious I have to start doing something about it, and usually I do it extremely fast.

Mild stress makes me avoid the cause (ie procrastination)

Moderate stress makes me start working rather than procrastinating more.

High stress makes me shut down and have an emotional reaction. I still do the work though, I'm just miserable at the same time.

The only time I get stressed is when I have to do a repetitive task, and have it completed by an unreasonable time. The most recent time I was stressed was when I had to write 220 personalized letters, sign them, address them, seal them and mail them before the final mail pick up for the day. I was shaking, but it made me work even faster. I have never tackled something that I couldn't do. I hardly ever get stressed, I just buckle down and do what needs to be done, and if I don't get to sleep, then I don't get to sleep. I tend not to procrastinate too badly.

Apparently I work best under a certain amount of stress but it can't be permanent or too extreme or I explode and go postal. Usually if I have something to do and something to occupy my mind with I can handle quite a bit.

small amounts of stress - not particularly well, because i just keep doing what i'm doing while remaining stressed

massive stress (like fight of flight style) - extremely well...if anything, i think more clealry

I'm ok with it. I mean, I don't like it but I can hold my own.

I do well with moderate and severe stress situations, it's those really mild stressors that are the real killer.

To be honest I can't work without it. If I am not stressed or pushed against a deadline, it just won't really happen. Stress adds to my motivation.
