Sahara, just out of curiosity what made you choose a female solicitor?

To be honest with you, I would not go for a female solicitor, I'd go for a male one who specializes in the area.

I didn't choose her, my first solictor was a male who specialised in these cases, he had to leave the case due to personal reasons, I have had 5 more since then, this is the 5th one.

However I would be happy to use a woman who specialised in these type of cases as I am not sexist.

I am still weighing up what options I have left, and am going to speak with the solicitor on Monday, see what she has to say. If it comes to me having to move then I can afford it so please don't worry, it was a generous offer Thank you.

For now I am going to not think about it, I have been a bit of a zombified wreck since I found out, so I have to push it out of my head until monday, after all the problem isn't going anywhere.

I am curious though if anyone knows how badly they view a woman leaving the country with the children after being ordered to allow access? is it something they come after you for?
LOl Canada has an extradition treaty with England by the way.

Just make sure you don't go to a county in which they have an extradition treaty with, that rules out most of the western world.

By the way if you tell your solicitor you plan on doing that, she has to tell the judge. And I hardly doubt she will have an answer also, as that will fall into criminal law, so your have to ask that question to someone who specializes in criminal law.

No, she is the permanent replacement in family law.
