Yes, we get it. It's a bad joke.

Wow, you bring her home some flowers today or tomorrow for just remembering telling her that! :P

    Bickering moved here.

(Sorry, Rivercrow, I just got back, and earlier I had wanted to wait to see if the posts ripened further, before I started moving things...)

No, she'd be mad at me if I brought her flowers, because she'd see it as sixty bucks shot for no good reason.

She'd much rather I used the money to take her out for dinner and drinks.

Thanks everyone for your words of advice, and for the kindness some of you showed with your offer to help.

I am still weighing up what options I have left, and am going to speak with the solicitor on Monday, see what she has to say. If it comes to me having to move then I can afford it so please don't worry, it was a generous offer Thank you.

For now I am going to not think about it, I have been a bit of a zombified wreck since I found out, so I have to push it out of my head until monday, after all the problem isn't going anywhere.

I am curious though if anyone knows how badly they view a woman leaving the country with the children after being ordered to allow access? is it something they come after you for?

Good question to ask the solicitor.
Dreams are best served manifest and tangible.

Wouldn't that be placing the solicitor in a compromising ethical position?

I would ask her, but would it not be her duty to then inform them that I plan to run?
