    Default Popularity Contests?

A popularity contest is a way in which to determine which member is the most popular. Do you think some threads turn into popularity contests, and if so, what do you think about such threads? I have deliberately left it vague to encourage discussion.

do you mean personality or popularity?
There can’t be any large-scale revolution until there’s a personal revolution, on an individual level. It’s got to happen inside first.

    Great thread idea, LL.

Forgive my ham-handed attempts at providing technical assistance.

I don't know what exactly you are referring to but I if they do exist (and that depends on your definition of popularity contests) I couldn't care less either way. If someone is getting a kick out of it why should it bother me?

Obviously such things should not stand in the way of real discussion, but if it's on off-topic forums then ... whatever.

^^ yeah...that's my answer too. there's different subforums for different discussions...so who cares?

The first 5 options are for the unpopular people.
