Default Have you ever dreamt of another... co-worker?

Its probably typical, since people spend much of their lives at work. I've had dreams about co workers before. (Some of them pretty steamy! *sweat*)

So, after you have these dreams, do you feel awkward around the person at work or does it fade from your memory and you write it off as 'just a dream'.

    Embrace the possibilities.

As a guy, you get used to 'em, so the awkwardness is not really there.. it's too routine for that.

It's probably best not to doze off in a meeting though

Yes, although for whatever reason, they're always about female coworkers I hate. I wake up with a disturbed feeling after those.
