I find that this not worth thinking about, because it's never going to happen and it'll just get my hopes up. :/
I bet they'll put something in the air tonight, just to light your face.

I love this question, it's kind of like a Rorschach test.

I suppose I'd do the following:

    - Buy apartments in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Vancouver. That's where I'd be spending most of my time, and I have no need for houses. The one extravagance I'd allow myself is a hot tub.
    ($1 million?)

    - Set up a trust for my nephew to ensure his education.
    ($300,000?)

    - Buy a modest beach house on the New Jersey shore for my parents.
    ($300,000?)

    - Buy season tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and Flyers.
    ($10,000/year?)

    - Start a low-budget film production company that will ideally use one of my scripts for its first production.
    ($1 million seed money?)

    - Donate generously to my charity of choice, the Boy Scouts of America. Not by donating to the organization itself, but by sponsoring the participation of individual boys who have financial need.
    ($100,000/year?)

    - Travel, travel, travel.
    ($20,000/year?)

    - Invest the rest conservatively. Luckily, I have no debt to pay down, but I also have few assets.

Oh good grief -- sometimes, Darlets, SOMETIMES....

... I wish I could free myself up to do the same thing.

    3. Buy a nice plot of land that had some privacy and build a nice but unpretentious home. (Something with personality.)
    4. Construct a personal library room, more than one story high, with high windows and ladders that move. And, um, lots of books!
    5. Pay for whatever my kids needed in order to develop their talents and skills to the fullest.
    6. Help people I cared about achieve their dreams, if they had developed a lifestyle to achieve their dreams (i.e., the right mindset) and the only thing holding them back was money.
    7. Write and publish my own books and music.
    8. Travel to different exotic places around the world.
    9. Pay for people to be fed and for the homeless to be sheltered.
J, if you had over 4 million to play with, within two years you'd be able to pass for Yasmine Bleeth.

I was going to the rolling bookcase ladder idea, but I realize now that I'd rather have all my bookshelves be at waist height or lower... and Yasmine Bleeth as my librarian!!

    Go get some shoes.

    Go get some interest.

Give it to my dad so he can donate it to this...fusion reactor research thing he's so absorbed with.

My candy mansion will spread hope and happiness through out the world.

I might even considering making part of it a library for Jen's books.
