Ooo had this argument about Cats vs Dogs just after having seen the film.

Ling chow this!! Dogs won (she still argues but we all know the score).

Dogs are better than humans, cats and even platypus. However Burmese cats are cool and dog like.

Dogs are loyal, communicative, attentive and genuinely want to be with you and not just some food dispenser with nice hands. Cat's smell, they make mess and are generally complete b*** to train. At least with a dog you can establish a meaningful relationship both in their terms and yours.

IMHO, cat people can't deal with stuff. Dog people don't appreciate all the extra red tape etc. Both have issues, I just prefer the dog ones.

I just bought a kitten today, I love cats, and this is my first, I am so happy.

I may take a photo later and upload it just to show you how cute and adorable he is.

I like dogs too, but I can't have one at this address. I intend to get one when I move somewhere suitable.

However I would probably say I am more of a cat person, if I was told I was only allowed one choice, it would be the cat.

Oh oh oh kitten pictures! You need your own thread for kitten pictures, Sahara! I remember when we got Frank in November. Thank cod for digital, film would have proved very expensive.

What makes you think other people can't have a meaningful relationship both in their terms and the cat's with the cat?

My cat doesn't smell bad, she always smells nice and clean. My friends' dogs always smell musky unless they've happened to just have come from a bath. Let's not even mention the dog breath issue!

We've been able to correct the cat when her behavior didn't mesh with our standards.

Cats do urp a lot. One just needs to have a good Green Machine.

I don't think either cats or dogs are better, it just depends on the person and what they want in their lives.

My cousin's cat hates me. I can't resist sliding her around the kitchen floor like a mop when I see her just lying there
