    Default No Regrets...?

Is it possible to live life with no regrets?

If given the chance, would you go back and change something that you regret or would you do things the same because either:

    1) You'd be afraid of changing the present with your meddling
    2) You have come to terms with your mistakes and are at peace with them
    3) You believe they were critical in making you who you currently are today.
    Embrace the possibilities.

Even with the option, I lack the information necessary to make the "best" choice -- in terms of seeing the outcomes of all possible scenarios, and then working towards the scenario that would best benefit my future endeavors.

A "redo" is only a good idea if all possible outcomes are fully available for careful exploration -- past and future.

Even then, the equation provides too diverse a scenario to thoughtfully investigate. Too many variables.

    Omniscience is paralytic.

The interesting part of this question is the thoughtful examination of the impact of "omniscience" in your puzzle...

What would the ability to foresee/conclude all possible outcomes do to the psychology of the participant?

I never look back... I am so future orientated that I don't look back at the past long enough to regret anything in it...

I wouldn't go back. I am quite ok with how things went. In spite of bad start, I'm still in the race.

It's not possible- you'll always wonder "what if?" about certain decisions, certain situations and certain people

I know there's a lot of times I want a do over- I surely can't make as bad of mistakes twice! I realize that's not possible though- no do overs, and a different decision might lead to an even worse fate.

I wish life was like a choose your own adventure book- where you can go back and read where EVERY choice would take you- wondering "what if?" is cruel

If given a choice, there are many things I would like to change in the story of my life. And I know exactly why they would be better (like saving the life of a close friend).
Life is so short, and there's so many paths to explore, so many knowledges to find.
