    Don't you think that it's best to get them from natural sources than from a supplement if possible? I do. In this case, though, it's just not possible to get it from the sun, since I'm at high risk for skin cancer.

    From the way food is grown and processed now? No, I don't think it is possible to get all our needed nutrients from natural sources.

    I eat organic as much as I can afford or have available but I also take supplements. It just seems like a good insurance policy for myself and my husband. His allergies and energy levels are so much better than years ago when we didn't take any supplemental vitamins or minerals.
