    Default Wasting time.

Or time wasted...How do you understand this expression, and what does it mean to you ? How do you waste time ? What is non-wasted time ? Or however you might interpret this.

I'm not sure what I'm asking, I just want answers for some reason.

    ^^haha
well my definition is time spent doing something unenjoyable and/or unproductive.

Non-wasted time is getting something done that I needed to, or doing something I wanted for fun. Like museums, studying languages, or playing with my microscope.

Wasted time is, having to rework something that should have been done right the first time. Explaining something more than once to someone else. Having to take on and plan out a project because the people you work with are incompetent.

Non-wasted time is [...] doing something I wanted for fun.
But don't we usually waste time doing something we enjoy ?

    * But don't you usually waste time doing something you enjoy ?

If you considered it enjoyable for the moment but not on a long run, meaning...If it was enjoyable/fun but non-productive, would you consider it a waste of time or not ?

Wasting time is anything that isn't productive.

Not to say that wasting time is bad. Any not-scheduled personal time is wasted time.

    Reading a book/Going to a party/Watching a good movie/listening to some music/having fun with your friends.

Are all of these a waste of time according to your definition ?

By most people's definition I don't do much else than waste time. Myself, I don't think I waste much time. I guess wasted time by my definition would be "to do something not worth doing from any perspective". I don't remember when I did something that fits this definition.
