If you ask someone to drink for you, it's disgusting. If someone takes that punch in the gut for you off his own bat, it's love.
:1hug: that's pretty awesome. I don't think they've got anything like that here in Korea.

no...actually i don't make that distinction...it's funny to me either way you see.
and i would never call you boring...that is unless you actually become boring and ask my opinion.
but i still stand by my original statement that it's cool to see what others find beautiful. i would certainly be interested in what you see beauty in...if you felt like sharing.

    Let me share with you.

The most beautiful thing is to step outside the taken for granted.

And stepping outside the taken for granted is called ecstasy.

The Ancient Greeks knew this and called it, "Exstasis".

And the vulgar of today pop a pill called, "Exstasi".

But ecstasy is not to be toyed with. As you move into ecstasy, you will feel strong overwhelming fear. And for very good reason - because you are leaving the taken for granted - you are entering the unknown - and every animal instinctively fears the unknown.

But our very language leads us into the unknown. And it is metaphors that point the way.

And in ecstasy, you become one with beauty. There is no distinction between you and beauty. So you can't be shown beauty for you are beauty and beauty is you.
