No plans to do anything special. Finish up some books that are going to come due at the library soon, etc.

Ideally, we'll be leaving around 11am tomorrow to drive to my grandmother's house for the usual (delicious) dinner of turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, etc. However, my son has a nasty cold and my grandmother just got a pacemaker a few weeks ago, so I'm not sure we'll make it.

We're supposed to drive up Friday to spend time with my husband's stepdad's family in WV, but if the boy isn't well by then I don't know if that will happen either.

I don't have to go anywhere, or feed anyone. But the cats and I are sharing a turkey breast, stuffing, rolls, etc. Then we'll curl up on the couch, and I'll have a glass of wine and watch a movie. If it's nice, maybe a walk down by the river.

With any luck, no one will call or drop by.

Saturday, I'll have to keep tabs on the Civil War and see if the Beavers will make it to the Rose Bowl.

Going to Arkansas to eat with family there, and studying and writing papers for finals.
half of that should be fun.

I think I'm going to be enjoying a stress-free four day weekend. Thanksgiving day itself I have no plans, and I'm not driving back home to celebrate. I may buy a KFC chicken bucket tonight and reheat it tomorrow.
