Fortunately I've managed to beat every addiction and bad habit I had, so the usual ones don't apply.

I'd like to seriously try to compose an album of music this year. I've played around with music for years, but never really put my mind to it. I have a colleague at work that also composes and I showed him one of my tracks on myspace. He was so impressed he played it to one of his friends who also liked it. I know it doesn't count for much, but it's inspired me to really make an effort. If I achieve it, I'll add a myspace link on here so that you can all critique it (should you wish to).

ive found that the most effective self change takes constant attention and motivation, it's an often times grueling, ongoing process... to commit to it once a year seems like an invitation for failure.

therefore, my new years resolution is to strive to better myself in some way every day for the remainder of the year.

I'll be happy to keep up with my writing... Thesis plus my blog articles.

    Which reminds me...

What'll make a good new year's resolution? Trying to come up with a list to stick on my blog.

Increase my lifts by 0.25-0.5x of my BW.
Increase my archery and fencing results by 15%.
    Finish learning Greek and Latin.

Can't think of anything else on the spot really.

All I can really think of is working out more, focusing on upper body strength since that's what I need to work on the most. Oh, and getting all my medical/dental things taken care of that need to be done.
