Hmmm. I've had a few wallpapers on and off, but I've gone through long periods of having no background or just using something basic (like the mountain or tree picks that XP has). I don't know if it really reflects on my type in anyway. I don't think desktops are likely to do that.
In the past, I've had a shot of a Zerg airial force moving through space toward a planet (one of the campaign images, you know?).
I also had a map of the middle-east for a while, because I am interested in it and I simply find maps aesthetically pleasing.
I have decided to give myself a wallpaper again, with this: Attachment 2793
Not really a Magic the Gathering player, but they do have some very good art.
One other thing... How can icons reflect the user? Doesn't everyone just let them be auto-sorted? You can be lazy and organized at the same time.
