Default Remembering Peoples Names When Introduced

I think Sensors in general might maybe be better at this than Intuitors, but its just a hunch.

I can be introduced to someone and their name flies right over my head. In that moment of shaking hands, I'm VERY tuned in to the intuition part of me that I've come to recognize. In those moments, I kind of block out everything around me (not intentionally) and feel like I'm a little bit 'out of body' where I'm picking up on subconscious things and determining 'what kind of person' this is that I'm introduced to.

(These moments used to freak me out until I realized what I was doing. I'd have conversations with someone and be completely unable to recall later on what they said to me, but I would have a very vivid image in my head of a look on their face, a feeling of fear or being lied to, etc etc)

Later on, if I like the person, I have to ask them again what their name was... I guess once I've determined that its worth knowing.

    What say the masses?

I'm terrible, in one ear, out the other. It's embarassing at times.

I can keep the Names quite good. And even better when having a Face to "stick it to".
I am really curious on how the Poll is gonna turn out.

I used to be much better at it.

In the last few years, though, I need a face and some detail to anchor the name to.
I guarantee I will not remember your name unless I ask it at the end of the conversation, not the beginning.

I used to be really good at remembering people's names, then when my memory bank reached about 200 people...everyone new just started to look like combinations of people I already knew. "The guy who looks like a cross between Brad and Justin, but with red hair, and he's got James' annoying laugh..." (that's a little exaggerated)

I still remember faces really well, and I remember names pretty well--but I get confused matching the names with the faces. Two separate info banks with bad communication lines.

I'm very good at remembering people's name. During conversations there are few times in which I miss a name, but usually it's because I'm not very focused in what I say.

Introverts, in general, can be bored with people easily and may like to stay away from them. So, naturally, they won't take the trouble to remember people's name without sufficient reason.

I'm terrible at remembering names. I will always remember a face, though, and can typically provide other background information we talked about at the time.(Where they're from, what activities we did, etc.). Maybe it is because I typically get their name at the beginning of a conversation, and I don't really pay that much attention to it.

I suck at remembering names. Even people I've met multiple times. I can usually remember lots of things about them, like what they're studying in school, or how their mom is sick, but their name... bah!

I'm good with names provided that I am tuned in when a person first says their name. (I can sometimes get caught up thinking about something they've already said, or the color of their hair, etc ).
