How so? If someone is that manipulative, you're doomed anyway. Also, by the point where I'm willing to open up, unless the lady is another ISTP, she's probably "opened up" to telling me about things long ago. So we'd be equal at best there anyway.

In response to the title question of this thread...Awesome. What more did you want to know? (I kind of need some sort of specifics...?)

Just talk, you goofs, and ignore all the women talk.
I'm interested in hearing what you have to say.

    Spirilis... cool post, thank you.

What's it like to be an ISTP guy? Is it really anything like James Bond? Because that looks unreal (in a good way). *curious monkey fingers poking you* Satisfy my curiosity.

Aw, stop taunting the spy wannabes -- look at them, they're terrified!

It was probably trained in me early on by my parents, and positively reinforced throughout my life. I believe a part of my overall temperament can account for how receptive I was to this early on.

Is there a natural part of your being (or even personality inclination) to be "good"? Let's clarify: do you mean "decent" or "pleasing to others"?

Huh, I thought about making a serious post on here too. Oh well.

I mean, operating with the unconsciously-implied boundary that I should not cause injustice to others.

While I am making quite a guess here, I'm guessing much of that came from my parents who were themselves like that (never double-cross people unless they double-cross you, etc.). I don't completely understand how my personal temperament fits into that, beyond the fact that when I figure out something that "works" I tend to stick to it reliably, and I'd imagine as a young child I figured out that being "good" or maybe I should call it "just" was in my best interest. I'm told I was a bit of a rascal pre-age 4 though.
